You know, there’s just something special about the people you love. When you love them, whether it’s platonic or romantic, they automatically take this space in your heart. They mold it to their liking and just stay there for as long as either of you will allow, and it’s theirs.
And that’s the problem with losing someone you love. If they leave, people can try to fit into it, but no one else will fill it quite like they do. It’s scary to think that your heart can feel a little less empty like that, but that’s when you have to decide whether the experience of having loved is worth it or not.

People complain about my complaining about their unnatural response towards conversations or reactions that concerns the LGBT community in any way.
“I’m not used to it, and you have to understand that.”
What I understand, however, is that I am so used to, and fed up, of the bigotry - even the simplest of kinds - that I encounter on a daily basis. It is not okay to tolerate actions that intend to offend other people. Now if your bigotry is unintentional, then I’m sorry you’re innately hateful and immature. And I’m sorry but there’s only so much hate I’d be willing to put up with because of love. :)
